Tutor and Consultant with the Open University from 1995 to 2006 in its Masters programmes in Technology Management, and in its MBA courses. Stimulated by exposure to a broader view of technology implementation, over and above the purely technical. The 1999 article below gives an idea of my thinking, which was quite new at that time in the IT world, but is now accepted as the desired norm - although not put into practice universally.
