He gained his professional experience in creativity and innovation from his Mentor the Scholar Prof. Taisir Subhi Yamin the International Center for Innovation in Education (ICIE) Director. He is an expert in gifted education, he is the first person to introduce the EPoC (Evaluation of Potential Creativity) to the Gulf region, the latest measurement tool to identify the potential creative children aged 6-18 years. The tool is applied in more than 35 countries around the world. Accredited from Paris Descartes University and the ICIE in Germany He worked with PwC in 2022-2023 as a gifted and talented consultant in a strategic project for MOE in KSA, the project aimed to develop and customized the identification tools to identify the gifted and talented students in all the public and private schools in KSA. He founded in 2017 in partnership with the ICIE the first innovation incubator in the UAE in the Emirate of Sharjah in the Rubu’ Qarn for creating future leaders and innovators, He also established an innovation incubator in Jordan for the leadership project of the King Abdullah Fund for Excellence in the year 2020. The incubator aims to attract creative minds and direct them to innovative pioneering projects that serve local communities in different regions of Jordan. Recently, He is working as an innovation expert provides consultancy and training for the public and private sector accredited from Global Innovation Institute and the International Centre for Innovation in Education.
