I take pride in the fact that my leadership style has raised people who work with me to levels which have benefited themselves as much as the project/goal that was achieved. I enjoy challenges whether its project or people related. • I’m stubborn enough not to give up. ( especially with people) • I’m adaptive enough to find another way Outside work my stubborn nature has been a valuable asset in training for and completing 10 marathons and as a result I have become a “running bore”.
