In 2012, I moved to Orlando, FL to work for Orange County Utilities. In 2018, I moved to California to work for the City of Martinez. In March of 2020, I moved back to Florida and returned to Orange County Utilities. I have easily read over 1,000,000 water meters during my career. I have a career average of 99.9% accuracy reading rate. During these 16 years I have removed, repaired and installed many water meters. I have written reports on meter reader statistics, trained new meter readers in each of the utilities that I have worked for, repaired and installed parking meters. I have collected cash from parking meters and deposited it at the bank. I have worked in extreme inclement weather from severe heat to torrential rain storms. I now lead a great group of 22 Meter Readers. In 2015, I attended Valencia College in Orlando, FL. I graduated with an Associates of Science in Business Administration in 2018. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in the Spring of 2021. I plan to continue my career with Orange County Utilities with the opportunity of moving up the ladder. My goal is to become the Customer Service Supervisor within 5 years and become the Customer Service Manager within 10 years.
