Over my career I have deployed and configured Quantum tape libraries, Symantec Netbackup, SUN FLX storage and VMware. From working with these for a number of years I have a strong understanding of LAN infrastructure and HP server platforms. I’m happy working with Windows or Linux operating systems. Speciliaties • Good customer relationship skills. Always liked whiteboard and workshop sessions with customers • Strong technical background and ability to pass knowledge on and I enjoy troubleshooting • Attention to detail • Customer focused solutions, work until the jobs done.
