Adam Murray is a I am a creative scientist turning strategy and theory into practical, creative change programmes. With 20 years of experience in the environmental sector, working across the globe. I use strategic design, evidence-based approaches, behaviour change theory, and creative communications to design and deliver programmes that can reach a diverse range of audiences. I work with community leaders, visitors, volunteers, young people, supporting them to take action on their terms. I am passionate about enabling more people to connect with each other and to take action within their communities. My most recent role as Head of Community Empowerment at RSPB sees me wrapping up 12 years in the UK's largest nature conservation charity. In my role, I managed a wide range of work from our successful Nature on Your Doorstep project, the Save Our Wild Isles Community Fund to our community development programme for staff and volunteers.
