Through my collaborative, disciplined and customer first approach to account management, I’ve been able to deliver tangible results that help drive long-term partnerships, keep the members cost down and retain profitable business. Specialties include: account management, customer development, relationship management, growth strategies, employee benefit education, negotiation, training, and mentoring. I make employee benefits easy to understand and something that is not dreaded to talk about. I help make employee benefits something people feel excited about, knowing that they are financially protected in the worst of times. I help employers make the best choices for their benefit plans and help keep the costs minimal for them and their employees. Outside of ‘work’ you will find me watching and/or playing hockey, spending time with my wife and kids, doing DIY projects around the house and the occasional golf outing with my friends.
