Since we first got private equity backing in 2007 we have grown sales from 60M to 500M+, MSP/RPO spend under management to 500M+ and headcount from 100 to 1,300+, the key to this has been instilling a ruthlessly focused sales culture and developing/hiring a talented senior management team. As well as significant organic growth we have also completed a number of acquisitions and new start-ups. These have been some of the most successful ventures in the group’s history, we have significantly increased the profits of our acquisitions and created start ups that have generated 1M of profit within two years of starting. A key factor in this success has been the work that we have done to develop a shared operations function within the group. This focus on driving efficiencies and cost reductions through better processes, off-shoring and the use of technology has had a dramatic effect on profitability.
