I’m currently expanding my knowledge in change management, coaching, communications, and leadership. In fact, I just received my Certified Profession Coaching certification from iPec. Prior to that, I graduated with a major in psychology and minor in communication. I have 11 years of professional experience in the financial industry, specifically life insurance. During that time, I have learned I enjoy supporting people, making a positive impact, being innovative and strategic, networking, and developing my skills. From there, some of my greatest accomplishments in my professional career are starting my own coaching and change management business, developing a training manual, creating a monthly departmental newsletter, writing a reoccurring article called "Rumor has it" in another departmental newsletter, creating flyers for a non-profit and other local businesses, participating in several committees including a Diversity and Inclusion Council, an Associate Advisory Board, and a Business Leader Coalition, developing other strategic communications, and making change stick. In a nutshell, I love creativity, people, communication and enthusiasm! My passion includes supporting people to be their best selves during change as well as helping people understand complex concepts and communicating it in a way that is very relatable and comprehensible.
