Currently, I’m managing a Design Team in one of the biggest tech corporates in Spain, with several projects aimed at enterprise-class complex operational interfaces. My daily basis includes working side-by-side with stakeholders like Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering Teams. I like to drive product definition with as much information as possible, mapping the wider view as possible, to bring the best design strategy. That means a good product can’t be well designed if both, business goals and user needs, are not properly defined and aligned within a service ecosystem. To achieve this, I like to use the tools and resources a Human-Centered Design approach brings. I'm an 80% self-taught designer, driven by curiosity, intuition, and continuous learning. I believe working on real projects is the best way to learn. Design/business books and articles are my main source of learning. When I discover a new interesting design field, I may decide to take a technical course in that area to accelerate the learning process. I feel comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams (including people from business, engineering, customer service…), to co-create the best solution to any problem. I’m a strong advocate of teamwork. Last but not less, I like people with a great sense of humor. If we are going to work together, let's make it fun! ;-)
