I will also use my knowledge of the markets future to recognize potential for improvement in CRP and will develop ways to strengthen our position. This will be achieved by finding new suppliers, products, and companies that effectively fill these holes. My goal is to increase value for our customers without sacrificing quality under any circumstances. I will champion innovation for CRP’s automotive division and will do my best to mentor CRP’s future innovators. Finally, I will contribute to the leadership team with knowledge on where to invest and will ensure that CRP’s top management is constantly up to date with changes in the future of the marketplace.
