Maintaining the database, setting up and archiving administrative documents and purchasing follow-up. - Finding new service providers - Generation of reports. - Anticipation of problems related to orders and proposal of solutions upstream. - Assistance to the various applicants for submission of purchasing needs (PRs) in the system (ARIBA). - Planning and distribution of purchases. - Establishment and monitoring of service contracts with service providers (quality, expiry). - Follow-up of orders according to conditions (cold chain, HAZMAT = HAZardous MATerials ex: lithium ion batteries) from the supplier to the final delivery. - Conformity control (quantity, condition, quality, delivery date) of products purchased/ordered until delivery to the warehouse (Store). - Invoice compliance check for sending payment authorization to the finance department. - Follow up and update of all services contracts
