I developed strong people management skills and was constantly seeking new strategies to improve efficiency and streamline operations, whilst improving my career and skillset. I have a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy and, prior to my work for APCOA, I was Accountant/Assistant Manager for Quick Funds Ltd, a Bureau de change, handling foreign exchange transactions and preparation of accounts. Prior to that, I was an internal auditor for an Investment and Trust company, visiting branches and preparing audit reports, carrying out investigations and ensuring every aspect of the business operated within statutory regulations and standard operating procedures. Accomplished in all aspects of business and office management, I am adept in leading, training and conducting staff appraisals to ensure achievement of KPIs.
