Evaluated validity and feasibility of Plant change requests (PCR’s, MOC's), gathered data and information, analyzed the work for implementation with cost estimation, and participated in the planning of shutdown sensitive PCRs. • Prepared tendering documents, the scope of work for FEED and EPIC Contracts and participated in mid tender / Kick-off meetings. Issued Minutes of meetings and tender bulletins. • Provided technical directions to ensure the effective integration of the different engineering disciplines within the project team and arranged multidisciplinary technical review meetings. • Ability to develop and manage project scope, man-hours estimates, budget and schedule, execution plans, interface with other engineering disciplines. Sourced various Vendors for budget estimates, material procurement, technical information, and clarification. • Conducted troubleshooting on plant mechanical problems/failures, assessed damages and provided the cost of damages/root causes of failures, and recommended remedial actions to avoid reoccurrences. • Familiar with standards like ASME,API, ANSI, Shell, QP, flour, Keloog standards
