After completing the Pennsylvania Governor's School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University and graduating as recipient of the Upper Dublin Valedictory Medal of Excellence and Student Leadership Award in 2009, Aaron moved to Israel to pursue undergraduate studies at the IDC Herzliya International School, Israel’s top-ranked business school, where he studied in an intensive international interdisciplinary BA program with students from 82 different countries. Aaron was also selected to participate in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, an acclaimed venture creation platform for outstanding students to launch real startup ventures during the course of their final academic year, where he launched a startup in the field of location-based file sharing called HocSpot. Aaron graduated IDC cum laude and on the Dean's List with a BA in Business Management and specializations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, Aaron joined Pitango Venture Capital, Israel’s oldest and largest VC, as a Venture Analyst in both due diligence and portfolio management capacities. Aaron then joined the Tel Aviv investment team of Innovation Endeavors, Google Chairman Eric Schmidt’s VC fund, where he led the due diligence process for all Israeli investments. In 2016, he moved back to the U.S. to continue his role with Innovation Endeavors from New York. In 2018, Aaron joined Goldman Sachs’ Principal Strategic Investments team in New York. In 2019, the Principal Strategic Investments team merged with the Merchant Banking Division’s Growth Equity arm as well as the Special Situation Group’s PCI team to become the GS Growth Equity and Venture Capital team. Aaron recently joined Team8, a think tank and company builder, to help create the next generation of cyber, data, and fintech companies.
